Elements of Tao is available for small group Sacred Sound Journeys in the North San Diego County, California area.

Sessions include verbal guidance and gentle movements to get the energy flowing. Healing sounds and music resonate live to assist in your harmonic journey, including Himalayan sacred sound instruments such as bowls, gongs, bells, shakers, flute, and guitar, performed by Carol Reed and Greg Jalbert.

Participants are guided and encouraged to find healing poses, postures and motions in a dynamic interactive flow with the music, with Carol’s experience in Qigong, Yoga, Meditation and a range of other influences providing ideas as the sound journey evolves over a period of time.
